TRAINING PRINCIPAL

The Training Team supports the Training Principal in designing and delivering our wide ranging programme of training and development activities throughout the season. This programme is designed to provide training and development opportunities for all Club members, from beginners to the most experienced, whilst meeting the relevant RYA accreditation standards. The Training Team also supports the Principal in ensuring that course contents are fulfilling members' needs.

CHAIR SOCIAL COMMITTEE

Marjorie White Social

The Social Committee takes responsibility for the social side of Club life. As well as looking after the Clubhouse galley and bar, the Social Committee also organises a programme of events to bring Club members together both on and off the water. They also organise the catering at open meetings, Club events and provide hot soup during the Frostbite Series.

FACILITIES OFFICER

Alan Mason (facilities@redesmere.org.uk)

The Facilities Team helps the Facilities Officer to plan and carry out the maintenance and repair of both the Club's buildings and grounds and our fleet of Club boats. They also undertake one-off projects, improvements and developments. The Facilities Team operates as a loose networking group with an accent on getting the work done in a social environment.
