NEW 2019 CLUB BOAT FLEET

As part of its ongoing commitment to Members' free-to-use Turn-up and Play sailing and to high quality RYA Sailing Training, Redesmere has upgraded its entire adult Club Fleet of 2-handed and single-handed dinghies.

The first phase, in 2019, has seen four high quality, modern technology RS Quest dinghies join the fleet for double-handed, family and exciting asymmetric spinnaker sailing (for those so-inclined), and for adult training. These relatively stable dinghies are ideal for less experienced sailors, but have sufficient flexibility to be exhilerating for more experienced sailors. In phase 2, alongside these new double-handers, the Club has also provided four single-handed Laser dinghies to provide a range of options for single-handed adult sailing - from international-racing quality Laser Standard to social Club sailing with Radial or 4.7 rigs.

Phase 3 of the Club Fleet upgrade will supplement the Club Lasers with additional, modern, single-handers for both social sailing and racing.

For those looking for something slightly smaller, there is also our existing youth and child Club Boat fleet of RS Feva double-handers, Topper single handers and Optimist dinghies, many of which are suitable for adult and child or smaller adults.
