North West Junior and Youth Travellers at Redesmere

Saturday 21st September

Redesmere hosted a round Of the North West Junior and Youth Traveller Trophy. 25 sailors took part coming from as far as Ullswater. Thank you to Rachel Ward and her team for running the day. The social team provided the usual welcoming experience for all. Well done to all the Redesmere sailors and welcome to the team for the new ones.

The weather was kind; if an easterly wind and sunshine!

After the racing the visiting juniors and parents said a big thank you for the welcome; tea and toast, chillie lunch and homemade cakes. Rachel presented the prizes to the winning sailors and best team and everyone won chocolates!
