CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - CLUB REOPENS

Following review of the latest UK Government Covid-19 guidance and the RYA's 'Return to Boating: Be Considerate, Be Conservative' advice, Redesmere SC from 2nd December the Club is for a range of Informal Sailing (and SUP) activities, alongside RC sailing, boat maintenance, Winter work parties and picnics etc. Be assured, we will shortly be publishing the full 2021 season calendar with our usual wide-range of events, plus some new opportunities based upon feedback from this years successful interim Summer activities. The Club has put measures in place to support Social Distancing and hygiene recommendations and Members are now able to sail on the lake 'at their own risk,' although we urge all Members to comply with the latest and emerging Government advice. Safety Cover is available throughout the week on a self-recovery basis. Use of the Clubhouse remains restricted to toilet access, First Aid and emergency facilities, and a self-service takeaway Galley & Bar service.
