SUMMER FUN WEEKEND - 29th & 30th June

This fun weekend starts on Saturday afternoon with friendly and informal session Social Sailing with the added fun of family activities on and off the water. eg games for children, 'it's a knockout' type fun afloat and the annual adults Oppie race. As always, A Beachmaster is on hand to provide advice and assistance, and a Safety Boat is on the water. The Galley and Bar are also open! Sailing commences at 12:30.

The Club BBQs are available and for those who want a night under the stars (or wish to take advantage of the Bar...) overnight camping is always an option, with cooked breakfast served by Social Committee.

On Sunday morning the fun continues as teams are put together in the morning for the annual 'Fun-Relay Race.' This is a fun race of our new Quests by different teams that changeout crew-members on rotation every lap, with the lead boat each lap taking a forfeit based on the roll of a dice. It's a great way to meet other members, get a go in these new boats and practice double handed sailing. The only thing "endurance" about the race is that it follows the Fun Day and Sleepover.

If you can only make part of the Saturday or the Sunday, that's fine - just turn up prepared to enjoy yourself!
