Frostbite Series 2023
As the sailing season comes to an end for 2023 there is still an opportunity to win the last trophy, The Frostbite Series 2023. Despite the wet and windy weather Redesmere came out in force. The OD team, Safety Crew and Social Team made it possible for the intrepid sailors to race into winter. Thanks to everyone and a special thank you to the Social Team for providing some very welcome hot homemade soup.

Redesmere in the 50th Fastnet Race
Rolex Fastnet Race Good Wind for Redesmere Members Ian White and Tom Brindley, both members of Redesmere Sailing Club are going to take part in the Fastnet Race this year. This year will be the 50th Aniversary of the the biannual race. Sailors from all over the World take part in this very challenging Offshore Race around the Fastnet Rock.Everyone at Redesmere wishes them a safe passage and favourable winds. The Race

Social Sailing. Fun for everyone
This friendly and very informal Saturday afternoon activity is held most weeks from mid April to October and weekly through June, July and August. These sessions provide an ideal sailing opportunity for those Club members who like to sail in company and to enjoy the lake, but outside the racing programme.
