Training
Redesmere Sailing Club is an accredited RYA Training Centre and Volvo Champion Club and as such, is committed to providing high quality training to Members of all ages and sailing abilities.
Our accreditation enables us to teach and examine candidates under various RYA training schemes. These include; The National Dinghy Sailing Scheme, the Youth Sailing Scheme, the Powerboat Scheme and the Emergency First Aid Scheme.
The Club also offers refresher days for OOD’s and AOD’s, Junior Volvo training (by invitation) and Laser Training, subject to availability of coaches.
Our dedicated training team is made up of qualified volunteer instructors, supported by experienced helpers, who run all our RYA approved training courses.
